WorkFlow UK Ltd is a technology platform and marketplace only. We do not employ, supervise, or direct any Pharmacist using this platform. The relationship is entirely between the GP Practice and the Pharmacist as independent parties.
WorkFlow does not process, facilitate, hold, or guarantee any payment between GP Practices and Pharmacists. Payment rates, terms, and methods are agreed exclusively between the two parties, entirely outside of WorkFlow. WorkFlow accepts no liability for payment disputes, non-payment, or any financial arrangements.
WorkFlow accepts no liability for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising between GP Practices and Pharmacists using this platform, including but not limited to clinical disputes, data issues, professional conduct matters, or employment status questions.
WorkFlow strictly prohibits the inclusion of any patient-identifiable information in shift listings or platform communications. This includes patient names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, diagnoses, or any other information that could identify a patient. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the ICO and GPhC.
WorkFlow Admin reviews Pharmacist compliance documents (GPhC registration, insurance, right to work) to verify their apparent completeness. This review does not constitute a guarantee of a Pharmacist's qualifications, character, clinical competence, or suitability for any particular role. GP Practices remain solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence.
Both GP Practices and Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including but not limited to GPhC requirements, CQC regulations, NHS standards, UK GDPR, and any relevant employment law obligations.
WorkFlow does not provide clinical oversight or supervision. GP Practices are responsible for ensuring appropriate clinical governance and supervision for all work undertaken at or for their practice. Pharmacists are responsible for maintaining their own professional standards and indemnity insurance.
