WorkFlow UK is a two-sided marketplace that connects GP Practices with GPhC-registered Pharmacists. We provide a platform for listing and accepting short-term prescription-related shifts. WorkFlow is not an employment agency, staffing company, or employer of any kind.
To use WorkFlow as a Pharmacist, you must hold a valid GPhC registration number, have appropriate professional indemnity insurance, and have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom. GP Practices must be registered NHS or private practices operating in the UK.
GP Practices pay a subscription fee of £15 per month following a 90-day free trial period. Pharmacists use the platform for free. WorkFlow does not charge commission or take any percentage of payments made between GPs and Pharmacists.
WorkFlow strictly prohibits the storage or transmission of patient-identifiable information on this platform. Shifts must not include patient names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, or any other information that could identify a patient. Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
WorkFlow is not a payment processor and does not facilitate, guarantee, or mediate payments between GP Practices and Pharmacists. All payment arrangements — including rates, timing, and method — are agreed exclusively between the two parties, entirely outside of this platform. WorkFlow accepts no liability for non-payment or payment disputes.
WorkFlow does not determine the employment status of Pharmacists. Pharmacists using WorkFlow are independent practitioners. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between WorkFlow and any user. It is the responsibility of both parties to understand and comply with relevant employment law, IR35 rules, and tax obligations.
Admin approval of a Pharmacist's compliance documents confirms only that documents have been reviewed and appear complete. WorkFlow does not guarantee the accuracy of submitted documents, the quality of work performed, or the fitness for purpose of any Pharmacist. GP Practices remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to disputes between users, payment issues, clinical incidents, or data breaches caused by user error.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
